Scope of application:
Antioxidant 445 is a non-toxic rubber antioxidant that protects rubber from heat and oxygen damage. It meets international standards and has antioxidant effects similar to those of Naugard 445 in the U.S.A. It has the following characteristics: low volatility and provides protection even at high temperatures. It is also effective when added in very small quantities. Does not produce air bubbles. It has little or no effect on vulcanization, and is a heat-resistant antioxidant commonly used in acrylate rubber. Recommended for applications requiring high temperature resistance, such as ACM, HNBR, AEM (VAMAC), NRR, EPDM and other general purpose rubbers.
Particularly effective for:
Protect neoprene, acrylate rubber, polyether polyol, etc. from aging caused by high heat and light. Good synergistic effect with sulfur-containing antioxidants.
Dosage:
The general dosage is 0.1~1% (the specific additive amount is determined according to the customer's application test)
Pre-harvest:
Protect from moisture and place in a cool, dry place.
Wrap:
White composite paper bag lined with plastic film bag (net weight 25kg)
