Antioxidant 534 (similar product Antioxidant 5057) is a liquid hindered amine antioxidant that maintains the excellent antioxidant properties of hindered amines, but also has unique liquid properties that make it easy to measure and transport. It is outstandingly characterized by low volatility and good compatibility, and no dilution is required during addition. It has 100% activity. Used in combination with other functional stabilizers such as 1135, it can play a jijia synergistic effect. It can also be used alone.
This product has excellent antioxidant properties and is perfectly suited for the entire process of polymer preparation and processing. For stabilization of polyurethane upholstered foam, it can effectively inhibit peroxide formation in storage and transportation. It further prevents scorching in foaming; in addition, when using flexible foamed polyurethane in industries such as automotive manufacturing, furniture and fiber fabrics, the addition of 534, with its low volatility, will avoid color staining of fabrics. Its superior performance can be further developed by working with other phenolic antioxidants such as 1135, or with stabilizers (such as phosphite, thioester, hydroxylamine, lactone) and light stabilizers (such as UV absorbers, HALS). Used in polyurethane plastics, fibers, elastomers, etc.
534 high temperature antioxidant is a liquid octyl/butyl diphenylamine antioxidant, which has good thermal stability. It has outstanding antioxidant performance under high temperature conditions, good oil solubility, and good compatibility with other additives. It can be widely used in various gaodang internal combustion engine lubricating oil, heat transfer oil, high temperature chain oil, hydraulic oil, compressor oil, turbine oil and other industrial lubricating oil and various greases and fuel oil.
