Antioxidant 1135 appearance is colorless or light yellow liquid, is 100% active liquid hindered phenol antioxidant, melting point <10℃, this product is soluble in benzene, acetone, chloroform, ethyl acetate, methanol, methylene chloride, polyether polyol, etc., insoluble in water; low volatility, excellent compatibility.

Applications：

This product is an antioxidant with excellent performance applicable to various polymers. It is especially suitable for polyurethane flexible foam sheets, and prevents peroxide generation from polyol during storage, and also prevents scorching during foaming. Due to its low volatility and excellent compatibility, it is particularly effective for use in polyurethane forced air cooling processes. This property also prevents surface fogging of products used in automobiles and coloration of textiles. It has both excellent antioxidant properties and the convenience of pumpable liquid additives for easy use and effective mixing. The low volatility and liquid state of 1135 makes it particularly suitable for use in single liquid, emulsion, suspension, solution or molten polymer manufacturing processes. It is easily emulsifiable and can be added during processing to dissolve, disperse or maintain a pure liquid state. It can be added before, during and after polymerization.

Dosage：

The general dosage is 0.1-2%. (The specific amount of addition is determined according to customer application test)
